Key findings:
1) The YYC Airport Reception Programs successfully supported positive outcomes for TFWs and increased the level of coordination between consulates, employers, and service provider agencies.
2) The program is critical in preventing future challenges for clients by providing early access to information and knowledge of resources.
3) For clients, the program helped them to feel welcome and provided a sense of security in times of uncertainty.

Key recommendations:
Relationship building remains a critical area of focus, especially consular relationships that can support new arrivals and potentially offer program information to clients pre-arrival.
